Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion and passage of an approved Nursing Assistant program in the state.
• Listed on the state's Health Nursing Assistant Registry.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents on a daily basis under supervision.
• Assist with activities, light housekeeping, laundry, and dining services.
• Support residents with basic personal care tasks per procedures and assignments.
• Maintain clean, orderly resident rooms and assist with mobility and transportation as needed.
