Snow Hill Memory Care seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The CNA provides direct care to residents, assists with activities of daily living, monitors health, and supports the nursing team to ensure a safe, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of healthcare/senior living/long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor health by measuring vital signs; observe and report changes to the nursing team.
• Provide assistance with eating, hydration, and nutritional needs; promote comfort and dignity.
• Support with medication reminders and basic healthcare tasks under licensed staff supervision.
• Foster resident engagement through companionship and participation in activities; maintain safety and infection control.
