Belmont Village Senior Living Corporate is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician for our Tennessee community. You will assist residents with daily medications in Assisted Living and Memory Care, monitor responses, and maintain accurate EMRs under the supervision of a licensed Nurse.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• C.N.A. License in states where required.
• Current Medication Technician or Aide Certification in states where required.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Intermediate computer and mobile device skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and provide personal care per physician's orders and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate medical records and report reactions or refusals to the licensed nurse.
• Take resident vital signs and monitor responses or side effects.
• Attend shift meetings and update nursing staff on resident conditions.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high quality care and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to resident rights, regulations, infection control, and safety guidelines.
