TerraBella Senior Living is seeking a Care/Medication Technician to join the Thornblade community. You will provide hands-on care, observe residents, assist with medications under the supervision of nurses, and help maintain a safe, home-like environment.

The role requires a CNA certification (preferred), a high school diploma, and a compassionate approach to support daily living activities. Competitive benefits, paid training, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred
• First Aid Certification preferred
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility).
• Record observations and communicate changes to the nurse.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident rooms and common areas.
• Assist with medication administration under supervision.
