Cornerstone at Hampton, a Senior Living Residences community in Hampton, NH, is seeking dedicated Resident Care associates to provide direct care, medication assistance, and support to senior residents in a safe, home-like environment.

This part-time role offers starting pay at $25 per hour with shift differentials, and a comprehensive benefits program starting on the day of hire, including health, dental, and retirement options, plus ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certification as CMA or MNA is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, bend, and transfer residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication assistance, documentation, and management.
• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care.
• Join or lead activities with residents to engage them.
• Use electronic health records to track care and tasks.
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services as needed.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of cooperation across departments.
