Discovery Management Group’s Hamilton community is seeking a Certified Medication Technician to enrich residents' lives through hands-on care, medication administration, and compassionate support in a safe, home-like setting.

This role offers full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules at 1750 Yardville Hamilton Sq Rd, Hamilton NJ 08690, with starting pay at $23/hour and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, 401(k), paid time off, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Technician with CHHA or CNA.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and supervision for residents, assisting with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, independence and safety.
• Administer and observe medications and treatments per the Six Rights of Medication Pass, document accurately.
• Monitor and record resident conditions and changes in behavior, appetite, skin and participation in activities.
• Engage residents in enrichment programs and life skills activities for well-being.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in rooms and common areas.
• Respond to resident call bells and security systems promptly.
• Communicate with residents, families, supervisors, and healthcare staff about care needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and confidentiality policies.
