Job summary

Senior Living Residences’ Cornerstone at Hampton is seeking dedicated Resident Care Associates to support seniors with daily living activities, medication assistance, and companionship. The role offers part-time shifts (7:00 AM-3:00 PM and 3:00 PM-11:00 PM) with a starting rate of $25 per hour and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Certification: CMA or MNA required.
• Ability to provide direct personal care to seniors.
• Strong communication with residents and coworkers.
• Punctual and reliable to support daily living activities.

Responsibilities

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:

Part Time: mixed shifts, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM- 11:00 PM

PAY & BENEFITS:

Rates start at $25 per hour; We do offer shift differentials (additional pay for certain hours)

WHAT OUR RESIDENT CARE ASSOCIATES DO:

• Medication assistance, documentation, and management
• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certification: Certified Medication Aide (CMA) or Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA)
• Physical requirements : Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
