Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living in Pineville, NC seeks a Care/Medication Technician to provide hands-on care and support to residents in a home-like setting. You will observe and document resident conditions, respond to calls, assist with daily living activities and support medication administration.

The role requires 18+ years of age, with CNA certification preferred and CPR/First Aid certifications desirable. Previous senior-care experience is valued, with a focus on dignity, safety and compassionate

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and support to residents in a home-like environment.
• Observe, report and document symptoms and conditions of residents.
• Respond promptly to security systems and resident call bells.
• Assist with activities of daily living and life skills.
• Support medication management and record-keeping.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Protect confidentiality of resident information and health records.
• Follow infection control, hygiene and safety precautions.
• Assist with meals, continence management and mobility as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
