Qualifications

• CPR/BLS certification required or completed.
• Two years related experience in a health care setting and/or training.
• An equivalent combination of education, work and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as meals, laundry and showering.
• Monitor residents’ health needs including vital signs and reporting changes.
• Observe and report changes to Wellness Coordinator/Manager.
• Follow safety and infection control policies and procedures.
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care and support to residents.
