You will provide medication reminders, assist with administration, and maintain accurate resident records in our digital platform to support safe and personalized care for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Medication certification as required by state guidelines.
• Must complete ESL medication competency upon hire per state regulation.
• First Aid and CPR Certification if required by state law and/or Company standards.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules, instructions and manuals.
• Able to communicate effectively with residents and staff.

Responsabilités

• Provide medication reminders and/or assistance according to state regulations.
• Administers medications as allowed by state guidelines.
• Order and receive medication and ensure availability; coordinate with pharmacy.
• Prioritize tasks to deliver optimum resident services as needs change.
• Maintain resident records in the digital platform daily (medication distribution, incidents).
• Perform room visits and room checks regularly.
• Assist with resident care when needed.
• Respond promptly to resident requests including emergency pull cords and calls.
