Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments to residents in accordance with state regulations.
• Observes residents taking medications and notes effects, documenting in MARs.
• Communicates concerns or observations with Wellness Director or designated personnel.
• Supports activities of daily living and preserves resident dignity through professional conduct.
