Qualifications

• Successful completion of medication assistance training per state/facility requirements.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Meets age requirements per facility policy and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments to residents in accordance with state regulations.
• Observes residents for effects and documents in medication administration records.
• Communicates concerns or observations with Wellness Director or designated personnel.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living while supporting independence and dignity.
