Job summary

Brightview Senior Living LLC is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide/Care Assistant to provide warm personal care and companionship to our senior residents in a community setting. You will assist with ADLs, monitor changes in residents' day-to-day needs, and work with nurses to update individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• You have a positive attitude and love working with people!
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• You’re certified as a Medication Aide (NJ) or Technician (MD, RI, PA, VA).

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance and companionship.
• Engage residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs with nurse to update the care plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
