Responsibilities

• Safely prepare, administer, monitor, and document prescribed medications within QMA scope and with licensed-nurse authorization.
• Monitor and report medication reactions, vital signs, and condition changes.
• Provide ordered treatments, clinical care, and specimen collection within QMA scope.
• Maintain accurate, confidential resident records and documentation.
• Follow physician orders, HIPAA, infection-control and safety practices, and facility policies.
• Collaborate with licensed nurses to provide consistent, resident-centered care.
• Assist residents with daily activities while promoting dignity and independence.
