Job summary

Evergreen Village of Fort Wayne in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a part-time Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to deliver resident care according to individualized plans and coordinate with the clinical team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Report changes in health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families with compassion and dignity.
• Participate in continuing education and staff meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
