Evergreen Village of Fort Wayne in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Full Time Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to provide compassionate, individualized care to residents according to each care plan. You will report changes in resident health status to the clinical team and engage with residents and families in a warm, dignified manner to create a positive daily experience.

This role requires a High School diploma or GED and Indiana QMA certification, plus exceptional communication and interpersonal

Qualifications

• Must hold Indiana QMA certification.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
