Poplar Grove is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide to support residents with safe medication administration and health monitoring. You will collaborate with licensed staff to maintain high-quality care and dignity for seniors.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and excellent communication. Requires high school diploma or GED, state-approved Medication Aide training, 1 year healthcare experience, and active certification. On-site role in Burgaw, NC.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State-approved Medication Aide training preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare/senior living/long-term care experience preferred.
• Active Medication Aide certification required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately prepare, administer, and document medications according to physician orders and protocols.
• Monitor residents for adverse reactions or side effects and report concerns promptly.
• Observe and record changes in residents' health status and vital signs.
• Assist with basic healthcare tasks under supervision of licensed staff.
• Maintain medication carts, records, and supplies in an organized, secure manner.
• Follow infection control procedures and comply with healthcare regulations.
