Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State-approved Medication Aide training preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of healthcare/senior living experience preferred.
• Active Medication Aide certification in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately per physician orders and protocols.
• Monitor residents' health status and vital signs as needed.
• Engage residents with compassionate care and wellness activities.
• Maintain medication carts and records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Respond to emergencies and assist with emergency care when needed.
