Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved Medication Aide training program preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare/senior living/long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration: prepare, administer, and document medications accurately.
• Monitor residents' health status and vital signs as needed.
• Engage residents and encourage participation in wellness activities.
• Maintain infection control and regulatory compliance; secure medication carts and records.
