This role requires attention to detail, reliable documentation, and the ability to engage residents in wellness activities while following infection control and privacy regulations. Active Medication Aide certification, CPR/First Aid preferred, and a background check are required.

Qualifications

• Active Medication Aide certification in good standing with the state.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, and document medications per orders and protocols.
• Monitor residents' health and vital signs; report changes.
• Engage residents with compassionate care and wellness activities.
• Maintain infection control and secure medication carts/records.
