The Gardens of Pamlico is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide to safely administer medications, monitor residents, and support nursing staff in providing high-quality care. This on-site role emphasizes accuracy, empathy, and adherence to regulations in a senior living setting.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a state-approved Medication Aide training, and at least 1 year in healthcare or long-term care.

Qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved Medication Aide training program preferred.
• 1+ year healthcare/senior living experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration: prepare, administer, and document medications per orders.
• Health monitoring: observe and report changes, measure vital signs as needed.
