Qualifications

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality care.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Basic computer skills for medication documentation.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications according to physician orders and residents' care plans.
• Accurately document medication administration and maintain medication records.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition or adverse reactions and report to nursing.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while preserving dignity and independence.
• Build trusting relationships and provide compassionate, person-centered care.
• Help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging community for everyone.
