Job summary

The Bellflower at Whispering Ridge, part of Agemark Senior Living, in Omaha, NE, is seeking a Medication Aide to provide compassionate, resident-centered care. You will administer medications, document accurately, and support daily living activities with dignity and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification (or equivalent as required by state regulations).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Basic computer skills for medication documentation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications according to physician orders and residents' individualized care plans.
• Accurately document medication administration and maintain medication records.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition, adverse effects, or concerns and report to nursing.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence.
• Build trusting relationships with residents and provide compassionate, person-centered care.
• Help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging community for everyone.
