Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide certificate or state med pass credential.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with older adults and medication administration.
• Basic First Aid Training.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and on schedule per plan.
• Document med administration and discrepancies per policy.
• Monitor health and wellbeing of residents daily.
• Record changes in residents' status and vitals.
• Complete incident reports and documentation as needed.
• Respond to emergencies with first aid and arrange care.
