Qualifications

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification is required.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to work with older adults.

• Basic computer skills for medication tracking and resident records.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications according to physician orders and care plans.
• Learn residents’ routines, preferences, and needs.
• Create a positive, engaging environment for residents and staff.
• Observe changes in condition and communicate with the nursing team.
• Assist with daily activities while promoting independence and dignity.
• Maintain accurate medication records and documentation.
