The SR Companies is seeking a Medical Technician (Med-Tech) aligned with the Heartful Care program to support residents and families. The role involves supervising self-administration of medications, aiding with ADLs, meals, and light housekeeping, and ensuring a dignified, safe, and respectful environment.

You will engage with residents across care levels with empathy, maintain compliance with HIPAA, and assist in training new staff while participating in daily activities and dining services.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED; 1–2 years related experience.
• Proficient with word processing software and electronic medical records.
• Med-Tech certification.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises self-administration of medication for residents.
• Assists with ADLs, meals, light housekeeping, and laundry while encouraging resident independence.
• Interacts with residents at all care levels with empathy and respect.
• Reports changes in health and well-being to supervisor.
• Maintains clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents.
