The role supports a large, clinician-led women’s health group with multiple clinics in Oregon, offering comprehensive onboarding and growth opportunities.

The position emphasizes welcoming patients, scheduling, co-pays, data entry, and coordination with care teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience required; medical office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of keyboarding, data entry and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in person or on the telephone.
• Check-in patients and manage front desk operations.
• Record and collect co-pays, deposits, and payments; print receipts.
• Notify staff of patient arrivals and update records as needed.
• Verify and update patient demographics, insurance information, and medical history.
• Ensure reception area is clean and orderly.
