Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED and graduation from an accredited medical assistant program.
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinical experience OR 2 years performing front/back office MA duties.
• Excellent customer service, time management, and communication skills; non-judgmental patient interactions.
• Preferred CMA credential, ultrasound experience, and familiarity with Epic EMR.

• Assist providers during examinations and procedures adhering to SOPs and guidelines.
• Guide patients through their visit and answer questions about procedures, labs, and medications.
• Manage front and back-office tasks and verify insurance for next-day appointments.
• Navigate Epic EMR to document and support efficient clinic operations.
