Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant program or related program.
• National or state MA certification or registration is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to rooms and ensure exam rooms are clean and stocked.
• Take vitals, draw blood, administer injections, assist with procedures.
• Prepare and administer medications and immunizations as directed by the Provider.
• Front desk duties: scheduling, medical records requests, referrals, and coordinating care outside the clinic.
• Record data in medical records and communicate test results to patients.
