Responsibilities include administrative duties, appointment scheduling, and assistance with pre-authorized tests. Requires completion of an MA program, BLS/CPR, and familiarity with medical terminology, plus clinic workflow experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Medical Assistant Certificate of Completion and/or one year experience as a Medical Assistant.

Responsabilités

• Assist in examinations and treatment under physician direction.
• Take vital signs and prepare treatment rooms.
• Pre-authorize prescriptions and clinical tests as needed.
• Cover front desk duties as required.
