Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of Internet and MS Office is required.
• Excellent written and oral communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with flexible scheduling.
• Strong organization, multi-tasking, and detail orientation.
• Knowledge of healthcare field and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient intake and provider orders into the EMR.
• Request medical records and verify patient information.
• Maintain sterile environment and exam rooms.
• Assist with appointments, injections, and DME fittings.
• Communicate provider orders to patients and document care.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
