Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter patient intake and provider orders into the EMR system.
• Request and file medical records as needed.
• Record vital signs and patient medical history.

• Maintain clean and stocked exam rooms and clinical areas.
• Relay provider orders to patients and educates materials.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and safety standards are followed.
