Job summary

Clearway Pain Solutions is seeking an experienced medical support professional to provide direct patient care and manage intake, EMR entries, and communications. You will assist with forms, maintain patient records, and ensure a professional, confidential environment.

The role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced clinic setting. Travel not required; on-site position with comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including superior customer service.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexible schedule and the ability to stay calm under stressful patient health situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and enter intake and provider orders into the EMR.
• Assist with patient forms, scheduling, and keeping patient medical records complete.
• Maintain confidentiality under HIPAA and professional standards.
• Handle telephone calls, messages, and patient communication promptly.
• Prepare exam rooms, maintain sterile equipment, and manage supplies.
• Assist with injections, radiology/lab records, and obtaining prior authorizations as needed.
