Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for appointments.
• Record patient histories and vital signs.
• Assist with exams, procedures, testing, and specimen collection.
• Administer medications and diagnostic testing as directed.
• Communicate results and instructions to patients.
• Coordinate care between patients and providers.
• Support quality improvement and disease management programs.
• Perform test tracking, task management, and supply/medication ordering.
