Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) at Waterman Canyon Post Acute in California. This full-time role offers day/evening/night shifts as assigned and a pay range of $29.00–$33.00 per hour, DOE, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current, active California LVN license in good standing.
• Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes.
• Accurately document care, treatments, and observations in the medical record.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, infection control practices, and regulatory standards.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful care environment.
