Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join Oak Glen Post Acute on a part-time basis. You will provide high‑quality nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and maintain accurate documentation in collaboration with the care team.

The ideal candidate holds an LVN license for California, CPR/BLS certification, and strong communication skills. Prior skilled nursing/post‑acute experience is preferred, and we offer a supportive environment that values

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately.
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
Support residents and families throughout their care journey.
Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for our residents.
