Qualifications

• California LVN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Work location: multiple locations; on-site only.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care and administer medications.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record and communicate patient condition.
• Carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Communicate with residents, families, staff, doctors, vendors and state/federal agencies.
• Promote teamwork and collaborate with peers.
• Pursue continuing education in nursing, gerontology, and supervisory skills.
• Comply with state and federal long-term care regulations.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance.
• Follow facility policies and procedures.
