Job summary

Loma Linda Post Acute is hiring a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for the overnight NOC shift to deliver high-quality resident care. The LVN will administer medications, monitor residents, document care, and collaborate with CNAs and the care team while adhering to policies and regulations.

California license in good standing is required; experience in skilled nursing is preferred. Compensation: $29.00-$34.00 per hour, DOE.

Qualifications

• Current LVN license in good standing in California.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including medications and treatments.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes to RN or physician.
• Document nursing care and resident status accurately in the record.
• Assist with admissions, discharges and transfers as needed.
• Collaborate with CNAs and care team to ensure quality care.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
