Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living in Wayne, NJ is seeking a compassionate LPN Supervisor to oversee nurses, resident care aides, and medication technicians in the Wellness/Resident Services Center.

You will supervise shifts in the absence of the Director, assist residents with ADLs, manage medications, and ensure adherence to MARs and doctor orders. The role requires active LPN and CPR, with a focus on safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required
• CPR certification required
• Experience supervising nursing staff in assisted living preferred
• Experience with dementia care a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor nurses, HHAs, and medication technicians
• Supervise medication administration and MAR oversight
• Ensure daily living activities (ADLs) are supported
• Maintain compliance with policies and director's instructions
