The Bristal Assisted Living in Waldwick, NJ seeks an experienced LPN Supervisor to oversee the Wellness/Resident Services Center and mentor a team of nurses, HHAs, resident care aides and medication technicians.

As shift supervisor in the Director’s absence, you will support residents with ADLs and medications, ensure MAR accuracy, and uphold compassionate, high‑quality care that supports safety and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must have active LPN certification.
• Experience supervising staff in assisted living or similar setting.
• Experience with medications and MAR orders.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and mentor nursing and care staff on shift.
• Assist residents with ADLs and medication administration.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
