The Bristal Assisted Living in New York is seeking an LPN Supervisor to oversee a nursing team in our Wellness/Resident Services Center. You will mentor nurses, HHAs, and medication technicians, ensuring compassionate care and strict adherence to MARs and doctors’ orders.

As shift supervisor in the absence of the Director, you’ll prioritize residents’ activities of daily living and safety, delivering high-quality, personalized care in a luxurious setting.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Experience supervising nursing staff and medication oversight.
• Experience with Alzheimer's disease or dementia is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee, mentor and supervise nurses, HHAs, resident care aides and medication technicians.
• Manage daily activities of residents and MAR/docs orders understanding.
• Act as shift supervisor in the absence of the Director of Wellness.
• Ensure safety and quality of life for residents in a luxurious setting.
