Job summary

The Bristal is seeking a compassionate LPN Supervisor for our Wayne, NJ location. You will oversee a team of nurses, HHAs, and medication techs in the Wellness/Resident Services Center, guiding care and medication administration with a focus on safety and kindness.

You will act as shift supervisor when needed, manage ADLs, and ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centered care in a premier assisted living community.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience supervising nursing staff in assisted living or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, mentor and supervise nurses, HHAs, and medication technicians.
• Serve as shift supervisor in absence of Director of Wellness.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and medication administration.
• Ensure adherence to MARs and doctors' orders, maintain safety and quality of care.
