Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate LPN Supervisor to oversee, mentor and nurture a team of nurses, HHAs, resident care aides and medication technicians in our busy Wellness/Resident Services Center. You will act as the shift supervisor when the Director is away, assisting residents with daily living activities and medications with skill and kindness.

Responsibilities include policy adherence, supervising staff, and ensuring MARs and doctors orders are accurately followed.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Experience supervising nursing staff.
• Experience with medications and MARs.
• Compassionate and reliable.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, mentor and supervise a team of nurses, HHAs, resident care aides and medication technicians.
• Serve as shift supervisor in the Director's absence and ensure smooth operation of Wellness/Resident Services Center.
• Administer medications and ensure adherence to MARs and doctors' orders.
• Follow policies, procedures, and directives of Wellness leadership.
• Prioritize tasks, multitask, and maintain attention to detail in a busy environment.
