Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Must hold an unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure.
• CEU requirements and competency training are expected.
• 400 hours minimum of experience as LPN at another facility (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents under supervision.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered, and perform testing as needed.
• Document resident interactions, outcomes, and care plans.
• Counsel residents, families, and/or resident advocates on prevention and treatment plans.
