Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and obtain LPN license.
• Current unencumbered LPN license in state.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Complete required CEU and competency training.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to residents under supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Assess residents and document outcomes in care plans.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to meet resident needs.
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, and staff while maintaining confidentiality.
