Job summary

Villa at Beecher Place is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team. The LPN assumes responsibility for a group of residents for a shift of duty, providing licensed care as ordered by physicians and in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

The role requires current MI LPN licensure and CPR certification, with preference for 1 year of experience and Long-Term care exposure. The facility offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Current CPR Certification required.
• Possess a current license to practice in the State as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Long-Term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed care to residents as ordered by physician and in accordance with standards and regulations.
• Provide and receive nursing reports during shift changes.
• Ensure work areas and treatment spaces are clean and sanitary.
• Direct and supervise CNA services for assigned unit to ensure care meets standards.
• Perform resident assessments/observations and review care plans.
