Villa Healthcare seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Villa at Beecher Place. The LPN will assume responsibility for a group of residents during a shift, providing licensed care and documentation, while ensuring safety and adherence to standards.

Ideal candidates hold a current LPN license in Michigan, CPR certification, and prefer 1 year of LTC experience. The role includes full-time hours, benefits, and opportunities for growth within the Villa Healthcare system.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification required.
• Licensed to practice as an LPN in the state.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel.

Responsabilités

• Provide licensed care to residents as ordered by physician and per standards.
• Record and report nursing notes and vital signs during shifts.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas, rooms, and treatment spaces.
• Supervise CNA services to ensure care is rendered per standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and document care.
