Job summary

Villa at Willow Place is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team. The LPN assumes responsibility for a group of residents for a shift, under physician orders and facility standards. This position is a collectively bargained role under the union.

Key duties include administering medications, documenting nursing notes, and providing resident assessments. Must hold Michigan LPN license and CPR, with preferred LTC experience. Full-time benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Current CPR Certification required.
• Possess a current license to practice in the State as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Long-Term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides licensed care to assigned residents under physician orders and applicable standards.
• Shifts are duty-based with nursing reports upon reporting in and ending shift hours.
• Maintains clean and sanitary work areas and treatment spaces.
