The LPN will provide licensed nursing care, supervise CNAs, and ensure compliance with all care standards. Duties include administering medications, documenting care, and reporting to the care team.

Qualifications

• Current CPR Certification required.
• Possess a current license to practice in the State as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Long-Term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides licensed nursing care to residents per physician orders and standards.
• Directs and supervises CNAs to ensure compliant care.
• Documents assessments, care plans, MARs and nursing notes accurately.
• Administers medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment in the nursing station and resident areas.
• Reports changes and communicates with the IDT as required.
