Villa At the Bay in Michigan is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. You will provide licensed nursing care to residents under physician orders and document care accurately.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Active LPN license in Michigan.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed nursing care to residents as ordered by physician.
• Document care and reports at shift change.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and patient rooms.
• Supervise CNA services on assigned unit.
• Perform resident assessments and review care plans.
• Take vital signs and administer medications as ordered.
• Transcribe orders and update MAR and care plans.
• Prepare and administer medications; document responses.
• Record notes reflecting care provided and resident response.
• Complete forms at admission, transfer, or discharge.
• Ensure a safe environment and address safety risks.
• Communicate shift reports and recommendations.
• Ensure care plans are implemented and updated per standards.
• All other duties as assigned.
